We love Christmas; it is the season to enjoy with family, for comfort, for love. And for Christians, it is a time to celebrate what is most important: the birth of Jesus Christ. The purpose of our holiday is Christ, and Jesus made his purpose clear to us – He sacrificed his life so we may live.

But sometimes it is hard to keep this the focus of Christmas because we're busy buying and unwrapping gifts that makes us happy for a while and stuff that we don’t really need. Let's face it… we actually sacrifice very little at Christmas. But what is small to us can be huge to someone who lacks basic needs. Almost a billion people in the world live without clean water and our body needs clean drinking water.

So this year, we are starting our H2O Project Initiative to help build clean water projects by having a fundraising page you can send your donation. We hope to raise $5,000.00 for this campaign to sponsor a water project in a village and every dollar makes a difference. Just $20 can give one person access to a clean water project. Our expectation is that you can join us so together we can make this our "Shared Mission: Wishing Well".
